Role Description
You will report directly to the Head of HR, and will need to interact with the Founders and
Department Heads. You will be responsible for ideating and executing all the HR functions,
including workforce planning, organizational development, and policies & procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to: talent acquisition,
performance management, succession planning, compensation, rewards and
recognition, employee relations, and compliance
- Manage recruiting efforts, including communication with recruitment agencies,
screening candidates, and supporting hiring manager interviews
- Design and implement systems and processes to support a fast-growing startup
organization including workforce planning, and performance management
- Promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
- Ensure accuracy of all data, process flows, background checks, HRIS entries and
changes, insurance administration, processing employment contracts
- Oversee and ensure HR programs are comprehensive, competitive, and align with
business goals
- Drive learning and development initiatives, and other organizational development
projects including culture, team-building, and related functions
- Partnering with Department Heads and hiring managers to ensure organizational
structure supports business needs, growth, and scale
- Utilizes HR metrics to make effective human resources related decisions
