Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Front End Web developer with a keen eye for Design and User Experience. The developer will be responsible for the translation of wireframes and designs to code. You will be closely working with Product Managers and Designers right from requirements gathering to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features
• Translating designs and wireframes into code
• Develop responsive web pages that work across devices
• Write reusable code/components
• Bring in Consistency and build towards a common design language
• Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs
• Optimize for speed of development/delivery

Background

• 2+ years of experience building responsive web pages
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing frameworks such as LESS and SASS
• Knowledge of any modern SPA frameworks like React and Angular
• Understanding of SEO Principles
• Familiarity with modern front end build pipelines and tools
• Champion code quality and drive best practices
• Ability to analyze and convert business requirements into technical requirements
• Self-starter and ability to take the ownership
• Prior experience working in a startup environment is great to have
