Role Description
You would be the first line of support for all of Jodo’s external and internal applications - to
clarify, debug and fix any issues that arise in Production. You will coordinate between
Engineering, Operations, Customer Success and Account managers to address issues
effectively. The role requires developing a nuanced understanding of complete Jodo’s
Payments stack.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues while closely working with all the stakeholders
- Take ownership of resolving technical issues.
- Identify recurring requests/tasks to automate them.
- Work with Engineering to address high-impact issues quickly
- Develop the insight required and work with Product and Engineering teams to enhance
the products continuously.
- Rigorous Logging / Record keeping to monitor and measure the product quality
- Document troubleshooting/resolution steps
Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in a Technical Product support role
- Proficient in writing SQL queries to analyze and identify data issues
- Prior scripting experience with Bash, Python, Ruby, PHP etc
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, ability to work out of a terminal
- Analytical and debugging skills
- Previous programming experience is a plus
- Experience working with RESTful APIs is a plus
